He has been buying herbal products from an organic farm in Oregon for over 20 years. After tasting samples of many types of lavender oil, he selected lavandula angustifolia grown right here in Oregon as the basis for our in-house lavender flavor. It’s a pure lavender flavor, but subtle and softened with a little vanilla. It has a calm, soothing quality that tastes like it belongs in your drink, not in your drawer. Natural and delicious
Just like all of Joe's syrups, this is a delicious addition to our morning coffees. No synthetic or overly botanical taste, just natural yummy lavender!

This lavender syrup quickly became our second best selling flavor (after vanilla) when we added it to the menu at our coffee shop. It pairs really well with honey for a little extra sweetness! What started as a seasonal drink will definately become a staple.
