Snickers Mocha Recipe:
- 1/4 oz Joe's Organic Chocolate Sauce
- 1/4 oz Joe's Organic Hazelnut Syrup
- 1/2 oz Joe's Organic Caramel Syrup
- 1 shot of Organic espresso
- 9 oz of steamed Organic Whole Milk Top with Organic whipped cream!
For a Nutella Mocha the key is mixing the flavors in the perfect ratio... 3/4 chocolate sauce to 1/4 hazelnut flavor for any size drink will get you that delicious Nutella flavor!
Our Sugar Free formulations have exactly the same flavor ingredients as our sugar syrups. But instead of sugar, a proprietary blend of alternative sweeteners is used. Once again, focusing on flavor, Joe combined one ingredient that tastes “cool”, with another ingredient that tastes “warm,” thus balancing out the two. He also used an ingredient with a “sour” note and an ingredient with a “bitter” note, and they balance out. The result is a sugar-free formulation that truly just tastes SWEET, with no after taste.
While in Anaheim at the Natural Products Expo in April 2025, a sales rep from a company that sells a “solution to sugar-free aftertaste” stopped by our booth.
